Dr. Semente is an excellent practioner. He iwas always attentive and responsive to my individual needs and concerns. He takes his time to discuss treatment plans and realistic outcomes. The spinal decompression alleviated much of the pinched nerve pain in my back and allowed me to take invasive surgical interventions off the table. His staff are also friendly and attentive. I would recommend seeing him to anyone facing chronic back pain and feel that they may relgated to surgery.

I retired after 23 years in the military and have been working with the VA and Dr. Semente to heal from injuries sustained in Iraq. The spinal decompression is clutch for my neck and back. This place is supports military, police, fire department, etc. employees. All of the technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, pain management is located in the same building. I’ve noticed a decrease in pain over the last 3 months and increased range of motion. Bottom line, my neck and back feel so much better.
